At the fair
- Arrive early. The first hour is usually quieter, and employers have more time to talk.
- Open with your 30-second introduction, then ask what the team is hiring for right now.
- After each conversation, write down the person's name, the role you discussed and what to follow up on.
- Head to your priority employers first, then use the time left to explore booths you had not considered.
What to bring
