Holders of a certificate, licence or credential from another Canadian province or territory must apply using a PDF application form emailed or mailed to Skilled Trades Ontario to obtain an Ontario Certificate of Qualification, and registered apprentices from other provinces must find a sponsor, apply in Ontario and have their out-of-province training verified.
