Geoscientist Licence: Moving from Saskatchewan to Nova Scotia
The short answer
Direct transfer
Applicants already registered as professional geoscientists in good standing with another Canadian provincial association can apply for a licence to practice and membership transfer, and do not need to pass the NPPE again. Source
“Only applicants in the category of License to Practice (LTP) do not require a pass on the NPPE. This requirement is waived because LTP applicants are already registered in another jurisdiction in Canada and have been required to write and pass the NPPE.”
